HP keeps no records of Windows or Office product keys -- so we have nothing we can send you.
You should be able to reinstall Win10 without requiring the key -- just select the option to skip over entering the key when you do the reinstall and Windows will reactivate automatically once you reconnect to the Internet.
As to MS Office, the version that came preloaded for free was a trial version and that does not have a key. Also, there is no way to redownload that, so it is gone.

Totally agree with WAWood, you should be able to reinstall Windows 10 as it has already been registered.
As for MS Office, if you are willing to pay for it that is one way to go. If not, there are several alternatives (free) that can be used. I prefer Libre Office and Thunderbird as your email Program. These are my preferences so you would need to download and try whatever looks best to you. There are other Office Programs that you can use like WPS, Open Office etc. As well, there are other email programs as well such as EM Client, Mailbird etc.
