Product: Pavilion X360 13 S020NR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Downloaded sp80460 bios and when it is time to restart new bios is not loading. It just boots as normal without completing installation. Yes it is plugged in, I never had an issue yet loading in new versions of bios either until this version. What is wrong?

Got it to load. Did default reset and redownloaded SP and now installed. Thanks anyway.

Furthermore it is wise to update the bios as detailed in the notes, so please do not tell me not to. There is an issue with the service pack. Maybe it needs to be looked into at HP.
