Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs3073cl

I am working on an HP Pavilion 150cs3073cl.  i5-10th gen processor and 16GB RAM.  The hard drive is bad.  Replaced the hard drive with a Crucial 1TB SSD.  Clean install of Windows 10 Home version 22H2.  When in UEFI mode the laptop will not boot.  Change to Legacy Mode and it will initially come up with a screen No Boot Device Found.  Hit Enter button and the laptop will boot normally.  I have installed HP Support Assistant and done all available updates.  Windows 10 updates have all been done.  Still having the same issue.  Does this have to do with Intell Storage??
