Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)

Hi,

My windows got corrupted so i made i bootable usb from win11 iso. when i am running the installation It asks me for storage drivers for my kioxia 512gb ssd. i have amd 5600H processor. where can i find the drivers please help.

This is the known issue that happens when a clean installation is attempted on the Ryzen processors platform, and many folks are struggling to resolve the problem.

 

HP specs indicate your model came with W11 preinstalled.

 

You can use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a bootable recovery usb drive that installs Windows, drivers and HP software. See this HP article for how to use the cloud recovery tool.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

 

If you run the recovery tool on another PC, you'll be prompted to enter the product number (prodID) of the notebook, which you can find on the bottom plate of the notebook.
