Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Na val eerst blauw scherm. Start weer op hp logo maar blijft hangen. Quick check harddisk. No harddrive installed. Please  check that the power and data cabels are connected properly. Opened laptop, checked connections. Still same problem. Alleen nog zwart scherm met witte cursor. Weet iemand of de  bestanden op de harde schijf nog zijn te benaderen? Zo ja hoe?

Laptop felt down (softly). First shows bluescreen. After that starts up and shows HP sign but sticks on that. Went to boot. Quick check harddisk. No harddisk found, ckeck cables. Opened laptop, ckecked cables. No solution. Black screen with white cursor. Is there a solution to open/save data from the HD?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If the Hard Drive is damaged, you may not be able to back-up the data. I'd suggest you check with the local computer repair store, if they can try backing-up the data for you.
