Probook 445 g9. I installed a new SSD on which I want to install Windows. The laptop sees the flash drive in the BIOS and it is possible to boot from it, but immediately after selecting it, the BIOS logo appears and at the bottom there is a loader that freezes after a second. I tried different USB sticks and different ports, the result does not change. I tried changing the BIOS settings and resetting to factory settings (BIOS updated), no change. I tried different Windows (10/11) and creating a boot disk with both standard Windows and third-party programs from an ISO image. The only visual difference was in the loader. On Windows 10 it is in the form of dots, and on 11 it is a solid line (the loader is under the HP logo when loading the BIOS). Linux started without problems. What could be the reason?
