 I get this screen when trying to boot my laptop. I have tried every option on this screen, and they all take me back to this screen.

Hi,

Try performing HP Hardware Diagnostics at boot and see if there are any Hardware problems. It could be a problem with the Hard Drive.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until the startup menu appears.

Press F2 to enter diagnostics.

Try performing the fast system test or at least the short Hard Drive Test  and see if there are any failure ids.
