My OMEN15-2020 computer does not response to power command and LED light blinking on power button permanently. When I connect the battery cable it blinks as well. I tried all troubleshooting options and read all subjects in forum and nothing could solve the problem. Therefore, I have applied the HP customer service, they answered necessary e-mails will be sent to me. I received only 1 mail that asked me my device's invoice and nothing more. I have been waiting since the last tuesday. This progress have to be taken more serious and more quick since I need to take my classes on my PC. In addition, this customer service problem is occuring in Turkey under supervision of HP warranty.
