Hello 

 

I need to ask if i can have the system image {ISO} for my laptop

( HP stream Notebook PC 13 M:13-c100nd )

 

because i need to make new software for him.

Hi:

 

You can always clean install W10 for free at any time by using the Media Creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

The utility will allow you to make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive.

 

The software will work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS and activate once you are reconnected to the internet.

 

Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
