HP 2000z-2a00 CTO Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Notebook glitches up and won't login. I am attempting to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium OA. Microsoft told me I have to get the installation media from HP. This lead me to this answer:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Archive-Read-Only/How-can-I-get-a-Windows-7-ISO-for-my-OEM-L...

I checked support for my admittedly old product and it only gave me the option to post here or go to a physical HP Service Center Locator. So here I am, asking how I can order this?

Sorry, but that link was posted some years ago -- and since then, HP has stopped carrying Win7 recovery media.

They had it and that did the trick. Thank you.
