When restoring to the initial state, the system issued an error about the impossibility of recovery. I ask you to place an image on the file-sharing resource to restore the system.

You can reinstall W10 for free at any time by using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

It will give you the option of making a bootable W10 installation flash drive.  You will need a 4 GB flash drive for this.

 

The software will automatically work with the Windows product key in your notebook's BIOS.

 

After W10 has installed, you can go to your PC's support page to install the drivers and available software.

 

This is a peer to peer forum, not HP technical support.  HP maintains no official presence on this forum other than to monitor compliance with the forum rules of participation.

 

If you want to order the HP W10 recovery media, you will have to contact HP for the country you live in at the link below.
