PC 17-c0000 drivers loaded to see NVME drive. During Windows reboot inaccessible boot drive BSOD loop.
I located the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver driver from the chipset area in the drivers and downloads area. Boot into USB using f9 and selecting my USB, accept Eula, load MEI drivers that are extracted and added to my windows media USB drive. Load the F6 package and am able to see the three partitions. Leaving in place and loading windows or deleting the three partitions and allowing windows to remake them during install and the entire install happens no issues. The issue is when the PC goes to reboot the first time HP splash screen with spinning wheel comes for a moment then BSOD with inaccessible boot drive seen. The HP laptop is in an eternal boot loop at this point. I have searched and searched and searched and no forums or websites offer anything but repairs that are done from the OS which in my case is not installed... or things like disk check from the bios level. Done a disk check with HP diagnostic and no issues at all. How to install fresh operating system on PC 17-c0000?
