Hi,

Falling down means destruction of any of the hardware inside the laptop: motherboard, display, connections and others.

So first you've to find out what all hardware parts broke before directly thinking of it as sole display issue

I'll get it checked by good local notebook hardware technician. If it is cost wise feasible replacement, then I would think of proceeding further.

From your side, as of now, you can try:

Hello,

The online solution to check the PC for screen problems. I did try some of it. When I connect the same PC with my desk top it shows the screen on Desk top computer so i download the upgrades since i can see the screen on desk top PC. I believe the problem is not with memory or hard ware it's just the screen that doesn't show the disply.  so what i suppose to do now.:smileyindifferent:

In that case, get the fault identified, whether it is in connection to board or display panel itself

Are you confident enough to disassemble display panel and replace the part?

Then I'll try to source you the part and manual to do so

if the screen did not crack then try shining a very strong light on it and see if you see a faint ghosly image on the screen.  If that is present then the screen backlight is out.  The backlights are driven from a high voltage stepup transformer (a long thin funny looking glass thing) that often will fail if the screen gets wet or gets jarred.  These aren't too expensive on the aftermarket.

If the screen is cracked then you can sometimes find a scraptop that is the same model of yours and buy it then exchange the screens.  That is what I would do since a screen damaged from a fall can fail in a lot of unexpected ways.
