You need this driver...
This package contains the Intel Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI)driver for access to Active Management Technology (AMT) as part of the Intel Digital Office Initiative for the listed desktop models and operating systems.
You may have to manually install this driver if the auto install doesn't work.
To manually install the driver, go to the device manager and click on the PCI device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp34743.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.

That is why I gave you the instructions to manually install the driver.
You will have to manually install the driver if you are getting that error.
Manually installing the driver bypasses that error.

The app gave the error I saw in a previous post...
That person said try again...
I did and it failed again.
The 3rd time windows popped with adjust settings and windows installed it,
a quick reboot and it is fixed...
in my haste I overlooked your detail,
It won't happen again.
Thanks to all,
I'm a true believer in Realtek, Intel and HP.

You're very welcome.
The problem occurs because the driver is for Windows Vista (there are no W7 or newer drivers for that device).
In some driver package installers, they run a operating system check before going further.
So, the driver checks your PC, sees it is not running Vista, and produces that message.
However the driver file normally works by using the method I outlined above.
It would even work on Windows 10 that way.
Graphics driver files are another type of file that normally will check the operating system version before proceeding.
Many times you can use the same approach, and install a graphics driver when there isn't one for the operating system you are running.
