Password showing incorrect during windows login after recent bios update

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So recently a bios update goes into my laptop , after the update it worked normally and then i turned it off...and when i tried to again turning on my laptop , in the login page as usually i put my normal password but this time its saying that password is incorrect...all my data is stuck now ,does anyone knows what to do?
