Pavilion 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my laptop suddenly rises up to 93 °c after the new update for the pavilion 14; 1909.

I know it's a little old but this didn't happen before. I would only have Chrome open but my laptop's temperature would go up to 93°c. I don't suspect my fan to be the problem; I just recently cleaned it.

Could anyone help me figure out the problem?

@Luuluu0971,

I reviewed your post and I understand that that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Umm uhh, my laptop suddenly started restarting then turning off then restarting again then turning off. It keeps on doing that. 😞

Edit: never mind I think i got it.

Hello,

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. I fixed my computer's continuous rebooting but not the over heating problem. I ran the system restore but it's still overheating.

What else should I do?
