Product: Pavilion X2 Detachable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I tried to reset my notebook PC but it was stuck at 62% of reset and showing error message as due to unknown reason the reset is not completed. I tried to set BIOS to default values. Still no improvement. When switching on the notebook it will display HP logo and then restart. Kindly help me
