Product: Example: HP 250 G4 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Pls someone help, I use HP 250 G4 Laptop. My laptop was running rather too slow lately, so i decided to reinstall Operating System, but was faced with ''Enter Administrator Password''. i can not remember this password since its been a long. After entering the wrong password a few times, i get "System Disabled" with this number set - [ I    55190195].

Please help me out of this mess.
