Product: OMEN by HP - 17-an120nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Noticed my laptop not gaining charge. Initially thought it was the battery, but having changed the battery still no charge though the port recognizes it is plugged in. Uninstalled and reinstalled adapter and battery drivers, still not charging. Attempted power reset without draining battery. I have tried a new cable and various power chord plugin states. Have updated drivers and updated BIOS directly. Everything on my laptop is fine except for this issue. I've yet to try a power reset under 15%. The last battery was changed when I saw it was stuck at 10.
