  • When i start my laptop i get a blue screen saying my device ran into a problem. It rests then another blue screen comes up and says automatic repair your pc didn't start correctly i hit reset. It reloads with a stop code: system thread exceptions not handled  im so lost my computer won't start at all!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, it seems like an Operating System image corruption, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • What is the operating system?
