@NicholetteN, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that your HP printer keeps going offline. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Restart Devices: Turn off your printer, computer, and router. Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on. This can help reset any temporary issues.

Check Connections: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Set as Default Printer: Go to your computer's printer settings and set your HP printer as the default printer.

Update Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This tool can diagnose and fix many common printer issues automatically.

Check Printer Status: Ensure that the printer is not set to "Use Printer Offline" in the printer settings.
