Problème dû à la charnière droite

Bonjour!

J'ai un problème avec mon ordinateur HP Victus. Je crois que c'est un problème dû à la charnière droite. Chaque fois j'ouvre et je ferme l'écran de mon ordinateur, il se forme un jeu de 3-5 millimètres. Et à mon avis, cela peut poser des problèmes graves s'il continue à avancer. De plus, il n'y a eu aucun choc . Et j'ai aussi une garantie de 1 mois qui me reste. Comment je peux donner mon ordinateur au service de réparation? La code postale de mon commun est: 69100 (Proche à Lyon)
