HP ProBook 450 G6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone,
I recently had to reinstall Windows 11 on a Probook 450 G6 With a USB Flash Drive (made it from the Microsoft site).
During the installation process, I reformated the drive. Then, after the installation was completed, I was stuck with the HOME version.
It's not the first time that I do this on one of those machine and normally, the right OS version is installed.

Did anybody ever experienced this? Thanx

If you downloaded it on a "home" system then the following checkbox caused the problem

Try to get the international ISO as it has everything.  I would also check HP's cloud recovery to see if a full restore is available https://d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net/

@BeemerBiker thanx for the tips. I tried with the checkbox checked and unchecked without success. (it was downloaded on a "pro" system).

I made a full restore with the recovery tool but still ended up with the family version.

When I erased the drive, I went through the BIOS and made a "secure erase". Never had a problem with this method before since I thought all the laptop info about the versions were on the BIOS...was I wrong?
