HI, 
This is Mayank, I have a Hp pavillion 15 with an AMD Ryzen 3550h @2.1 GHz paired with a GTX 3550.
I am having a weird issue where if I connect my charger to laptop, the processor is locked at 0.4 GHz, I tried changing the power settings, windows version , using several other chargers, etc. Nothing seems to be helping.
My BIOS version date 6/05/2024.
