HP 15-AF131DX Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Used purchased HP USB System Recovery Stick which completes formatting, partitioning and installation of software. On final reboot, boots to Blue Screen called "Recovery" with Error code: 0x0000225, asking for System Recovery media. PC does not respond to reinserting HP USB System Recovery Stick. Notebook does not boot to a recovered Windows GUI. How do I contact HP for support of purchased HP USB System Recovery Stick? Thanks

 I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region for further assistance 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
