Product: HP stream notebook PC 13

When I run REFRESH  i get a warning message that I will need installation discs for Office 365, which I don't have.

Can I get original installation software for my computer from HP?

You would have to check with HP Customer Support to see what they can do, as we have no way of providing you that.
