I got this from HP support for my case...

you will receive instructions on how to reinstall Windows 11.

Given the current situation, this is the best next step.

Please read the email first before beginning the steps.

The reinstallation process will erase all data on your device. If you have important data, we recommend backing up your personal data before following these instructions.

To begin the entire process, you will need a USB drive with at least 8 GB of storage space (recommended size: 16 GB USB drive). If you have important data on the USB drive, you should

back it up to another device/storage medium.

2. Under windows creation tool "Create Windows 11 installation media," select "Download now" and download the application. Please run this tool as an administrator.

3. When running the program, please select your USB flash drive as the installation location.

4. After successful installation, turn off the device you want to reset and insert the completed USB flash drive into a free USB port.

5. Turn the device back on and press the F9 key several times while turning it on to access the menu.

6. Boot Device Options menu.

7. In the boot menu, select the USB flash drive as the boot option.

8. Please also connect your network device/power supply (power supply), as the process can take several hours.

9. The next steps for reinstalling Windows will be displayed there with detailed descriptions.

10. Please restart the device after completion.

To ensure that everything is working correctly after this procedure, I would like to contact you again by phone as discussed.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at any time. We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
