Re: HP Envy Overheating leading to Warped and Damaged Product - please help!

HP Recommended

I have the same problem with an Envy 13. Bought in Sept 2018 so it's out of warranty now. The touchpad is now protruding from the casing and no longer works. I have to use an external mouse. The keyboard is also warped and the down-arrow key has stopped working. I need this computer for work and I cannot afford for it to be away for repair. I was tempted to take it apart myself, but having read the posts here, I don't know if there's anything I can do if things have warped. The lid doesn't close and I've had to tape the body of the laptop together.  I am based in Israel. I have no idea where to turn for assistance.
