You're very welcome, Peter.
Here are the links to the ethernet controller and PCI device drivers for W7.
This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

Since there wasn't any external info regarding the model wifi adapter your notebook has, we can find that info out another way.
Go to the device manager and post the hardware ID for the device labeled as a Network Controller.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID. Then I will post the link to the wifi driver you need.

Hi:
If you are missing the devices listed in the subject of this post, I need to know what operating system you need the drivers for.
Also, there is no information online regarding the model network controller your notebook comes with.
Please turn it over, and on the bottom of the case, there should be a label with a FCC-ID on it.
Post the FCC-ID so I know what wifi driver to give you.
