Product: pavilion g6-2320dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Trying to reset to factory default I get the error "Recovery environment cannot be found".  Trying to use Windows media it keeps asking for the license code - which I don't have.   How can I get around this?  I'm willing to buy the recovery media if I could just find a way to do so.  (The instructions points to a website that no longer works as described.)

Thank you. 

 

Media has been ordered.  I did finally get my generic Windows 8.1 to install, but I'd much prefer to use the recovery media so I can get all the correct drivers etc.
