HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After Windows 10 update to Version 1903 my Realtek sound devices are now longer listed as devices on the system under Device Manager and the system doesn't recognise them or believe they are connected at all. Therefore I lose all sound functions. How do I fix this because I keep rolling back the update to get them back but I cannot do this forever because now Microsoft are badgering me to update again as this version of Windoes 10 is no longer supported.

I tried reloading legacy devices but after that the message device cannot start Code 10 appears.
