HP Recommended

Lost Realtk audio fuctionality with Windows 11 25H2.  Hardware diagnostics run ok and prove that the hardware is functional.  Looking at the Realtk diver with Device manager says Policy 10 is missing.  Trying to update driver fails as  device manager says most current driver is installed, thus it wont update.  This is a Microsoft software problem.  Has anyone found a fix to this issue?
