HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp011dx

When i boot my computer i receive error 3F0. I have tried to enable legacy support and after i input the code onscreen and press enter, it black screens. I have tried disabling secure boot and enabling legacy support simultaneously and i still get a black screen with a blink cursor. I have tried booting it up in BIOS recovery mode and I'm met with BIOS recovery files not found and the screen goes back to Error 3F0. I have found the BIOS driver for the pc on the website. The issue where I'm stuck is that there is 2 BIOS Updates and Ihp BIOS driver.png don't know which one I should burn onto my flash drive.

@YonathanArellan,

You can take easier and less risker troubleshoot steps before updating BIOS. See the link below to HP knowledge base for the 3F0 error. A corrupted or dead hard drive/SSD can trigger the 3F0, so try to run the diagnostics test.

HP PCs - 3F0 Boot Device Not Found Error Displays on a Black Screen | HP® Customer Support

If the test generates an error code, you need to replace the hard drive and install OS to a new drive. If the hard drive passes the test, see if you can boot into Windows manually: Go into F10 BIOS. If legacy support is still enabled, it needs to be disabled and save it and exit. Restart and go into F9 Boot Manager and click on Boot from EFI File. Do you see a huge string of numbers and characters, or just the blank screen? Let us know what you find.
