Hi,

Recovery disk created was not working and lost my lost the windows original. Now I am in a position to install a different OS to start using my laptop

 

Is there any way to get the windows original back? Is there any way to get serial key or download recovery for the same while installing the OS

Hi:

 

Your notebook seems to be supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility, which means you can make your own bootable recovery USB flash drive using that utility at no cost other than to get a 32 GB USB flash drive.
