Product: Z3F07EA#ABU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've downloaded HP Cloud recovery media in a Flash drive and using that media I tried to reset the OS on my laptop.

However, during the software installation and boot up process, then recovery manager showed an error "Recovery attempt failed". I tried pressing F11 to check the recovery manager, it shows an  error message File:\ BCD error 98. 

 

Kindly help in resolve the issue
