Hi guys,

I'm performing a factory reset by a recovery drive which I had downloaded from HP Cloud recovery Tool, but as I run the recovery from the drive it restart several times and do some processing and after reaching the welcome screen it returns to a blue screen with a error as

Rundll32.exe- Application error (The memory could not be read).

For more details I'm attaching a pic.

After it the system automatically shut down and don't start by itself, So after 3 hours I press the power button again and it do some sort of processing, shows the welcome screen and pops a error that claims the recovery failed to complete.

Moreover, I tried full formatting the pendrive before the recovery download starts but it doesn't help

Please help me...…..
