Product: HP Pavilion 15-bc001nt (ENERGY STAR)

Hello, I licensed my laptop from Windows 10 Single Language to Windows 11 Pro. I also licensed the Office application. My question is; I want to update the recovery drive/recovery partition of my computer after the last licensing. So when I reset my computer, I want it to be loaded with win11 pro and office updates after the last licensing. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

Hi @ttkayıt 

 

If you want to reinstall, unfortunately you cannot do that, you must reinstall to your original version and then update the licenses, or reinstall windows 11 and put in the license when it is requested
