Recovery media

I have an issue with my HP pc notebook. Never created a recovery media and now there is an issue with the hard drive that requires a replacement. How do I get a recovery media from HP. There is no phone number to reach support and for the expired warranty laptop, there is no other support options apart from reaching the community. Please advice.

USING RegEdit the key is listed below and it’s content also shown.

Three different names for the same value in 3 different software methods.

HP do not list a recovery media set, you may be able to buy one from Computer Surgeons.
