Mhyazdi,

Your notebook came with W10 preloaded so you can use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to restore the storage drive to a factory state.

Click this link for how to use the cloud recovery tool.

You need a 32 GB usb drive for the recovery media. The recovery tool download link is shown in the above document.

When you use another Windows-based PC to run the recovery tool, you'll be prompted to enter the full product number (ProdID), which you can find on the bottom cover of your notebook.

Thank you so much for information. However, my Laptop come with W11 Home editions. I think it should be the same and no major differences  in terms of recovery process you advice below. Am i right ?

May i know your comments how i can ensure that if my recovery portions is already deleted/damaged before i take the steps you advices ?

If your model came with W11, the recovery usb drive would install W11, drivers and HP software, restoring the hard drive to a factory condition.

The recovery process will reformat the hard drive and create new partitions and install necessary files on them. Whatever files and partitions you had on the hard drive will be deleted when it is reformatted.
