Hi @LGaudre
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
For some unknown reason I am unable to find officially any recovery USB media for your device. It seems HP may not offer one officially. Usually if there was one, it would be available for purchase >here<
With Windows 10 things are different. You do not need to specifically HP original media because the devices are eventually all activated via Digital Entitlement method. Therefore, even if your PC was originally shipped with OEM Windows, if you used Windows 10 for a while on this PC, you already have additional option for use and activation known as Digital Entitlement...... info1 and info 2
Therefore by the means of Digital Entitlement, you can also use the FPP/Full/Retail version of Windows 10, available from >> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
Video reference >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAvFm52IjI4
Windows reinstallation / clean installation :
- You can directly download Windows 10 ISO from MS site or download >> Media creation tool from Microsoft site, create installation DVD or installation USB and proceed with clean installation/reinstallation.
Download:
Make sure you select the proper version (64 bit / Home or Pro) if asked.
Media Creation tool will always provide you with the latest Windows version/build - now 1809 .
- When download completes, you will need to write the ISO image and boot from a bootable media. You will need a blank USB pendrive (min 8 GB capacity). Use the Media Creation tool to restore your PC if you need to.
** All drivers, most preinstalled HP apps can also be downloaded and reinstalled manually from here >> https://support.hp.com/my-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-15-cn0000-x360-convertible-pc/20270292/mode...
