Hi, i have this notebook with the F.17 bios, but if i try to format with an usb windows bootble i got a bootloop, if i try to update the windows version (the 20H02) i have an error about the outdated bios. 
I can't find an updated bios, there is a version into your FTP server?

HP has retired support for your notebook's model series because it is more than 10 years old, which is why you can't find any drivers for it.

 

Below are the info and exe file links to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook (F.54):
