Hello,

I purchased my laptop from a retail store, and the salesperson informed me that it came with a permanent Microsoft Office subscription.

After performing a reset, I tried signing in with multiple email accounts — including the one previously associated with Microsoft 365 Premium — but none of them show an active subscription.

I need access to the premium features of Microsoft Office for my studies, and I specifically chose this laptop because it was supposed to include a permanent or yearly Office subscription.

I'm unsure whether the subscription was tied to a particular Microsoft account or activated using a product key.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you.
