Subject: Request for Warranty Support – HP Victus 15 (Overheating & Shutdown Issue)

Dear HP Support Team,

I purchased an HP Victus 15 laptop around 4 months ago from PakLap (Karachi, Pakistan). Recently, I have started facing serious performance issues. Whenever I perform demanding tasks such as gaming, the CPU temperature suddenly spikes to 98–100°C, which causes my laptop to either restart or freeze.

I first contacted the seller, but they informed me that I would need to claim the warranty internationally since the laptop comes with an international warranty and cannot be serviced locally.

I then visited the HP Support Center in Karachi, but they refused to assist me, stating that since the laptop was not purchased from them, they cannot provide support.

However, I have verified the warranty status on HP’s official website, and my laptop still has more than 6 months of valid warranty remaining. Based on my understanding, this seems to be a hardware/thermal paste issue, but no one is helping me resolve it.

I would like to know:

  1. How can I claim my international warranty?

  2. Where should I send my laptop to get it fixed under warranty?

  3. Is there any official HP service center in Pakistan that can handle this issue?

I kindly request your guidance and assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.

Laptop Details:

  • Model: HP Victus 15 (please let me know if you require the full product number/serial number)

  • Purchase Date: ~4 months ago

  • Seller: PakLap (Karachi, Pakistan)

Looking forward to your support.
