Hello HP Support Team,

I own an HP EliteBook 840 G3 and I have forgotten the BIOS/administrator password. I am unable to access the BIOS setup or boot my laptop. Could you please advise the official procedure to remove or reset the BIOS password for this model?

Here are the device details:

For security reasons, BIOS administrator passwords are protected and cannot be bypassed remotely. To enable virtualization, you will need to reset or remove the BIOS password. We recommend contacting your IT team for further support with this.
