If MS Office came preloaded, you would have received a card with the MS Office product key.  We have no access to that information, since it is unique for each and every PC, so we can not provide it for you.

 

We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repairs and Service Centers, sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.


For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
