HP Recommended

I have tried to factory reset my laptop multiple times but it gets to 47% and then says failed. If I try to stop and shut off my laptop and turn it back on, the HP logo flashes over and over and nothing loads. Someone help please!! How do I fix this??

The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC

Once you provide the needed details, someone will reply.
