I want to reset my laptop and I don't have a recovery disc. is it possible to download win10 iso file and install it, I believe product key bind with board so no need to issue with it? or should I press any reset key while boot up my laptop?

There are three options that allow you to reset your PC. If you’ve tried just about everything else and your PC still isn't running well, resetting it might fix the problem.

Any of these three options will get you started, but once you're in the process, follow the steps as they are presented to you. If none of the preceding three options work, you can use installation media to resinstall Windows 10.

Hi, @WebRevolution

Your PC is also supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that is supposed to restore the hard drive configuration to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You can also run it from another Windows PC.
