Pavilion Split
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Have an old HP Split.  Want to factory reset.  Reset option only allows to choose Win 10 as OS.  Asks for recovery media.  Just want to restore to original without upgrade to Win 10.

What do I do?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file inorder to install Windows operating system.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 to Use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
