hey everyone, I’m trying reset my HP elite book, it keeps asking for the email address used for my old work, in which I’m no longer a employee there. The laptop was given to me from them, I wish to wipe it completely and start fresh, can anyone help me?

Use the HP cloud recovery client if your notebook is supported, to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.
