I have tried and tried again to reset my pc cause it runs slow and it says I don't have any room to do anything on it but yet there's hardly anything on it so i go to reset it but it gets half way through the reset and it stops it saying there was an issues what do I do to reset my hp laptop completely like factory reset so i am able to use this dang thing with out it loading and lagging and

Sounds like your machine is an HP Stream with 32GB of eMC of storage. Please use the following Guide
